25% Edgewood Creeping Red Fescue — provides excellent shade tolerance, fine texture, and strong ground-holding capability.
25% Creeping Red Fescue — reinforces shade performance and supports dense, stable turf.
20% Zodiac Chewings Fescue — offers upright growth, refined leaf texture, and adaptability to cool, shaded areas.
15% Perennial Ryegrass — ensures quick early germination, helping the lawn establish rapidly even in partial shade.
15% Kentucky Bluegrass (85/80) — adds strength, color quality, and sun adaptation for blended light environments.
